Centerless grinding is a machining process in which a workpiece is supported by a blade and ground between a grinding wheel and a regulating wheel. Unlike conventional cylindrical grinding, the workpiece is not held between centers or in a chuck. This method enables high throughput and consistent precision for round bar stock.
